Shipping policy
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once order is shipped, tracking numbers will be sent out via email or text. Standard USPS priority1-3 business days not including holidays or weekends.
RETURNED MAIL:
The customer will be responsible for paying returned shipping cost .
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
JADE LOS ANGELES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
FRAUD ORDERS: Any high fraud orders are automatically canceled NO EXCEPTION!
Sale and Discounted Items:
All sale and discounted items are final. Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. Please be sure to confirm the size/color of these items before confirming your purchase.
Jade Los Angeles business hours are Monday-Friday from 9 – 5pm (MT) Any orders placed after 5pm will be counted on the following business day. Please allow 2-3 business days for all orders to be processed, fulfilled, and sent from our facility to the post office.
We offer standard shipping for all orders. All orders will be packaged and fulfilled in the order in which they were placed. Orders will process within 2-3 business days from your order date. Delivery to you will take an additional 2-5 days, based upon your location.
EXCHANGES :
Any APPROVED exchanges made will be eligible for store credit only. We do not process REFUNDS.
If an item happens to be damaged or defective, you must report it to us within one week (7 business days )After delivery day . ANY DAMAGES or defective items reported after the 7th business days will NOT be accepted. Please attach photos of the return inquiry to info@Jadelosangeles.com
